Follow the procedure below first:
"Enable USB Debugging and OEM Unlock First "

Unlock Bootloader of your phone:
Go to Settings-►About Device-►Build Number(tap 7 times on build number), Now just above the "About Device" a new option "developer options " would be created. Go to Developer options and enable OEM Unlock and USB Debugging.
