Video description:
A videotaped message to the Iraqi people was shown. The message was recorded at a summit between President Bush and Prime Minister Blair in Ireland. They said that as the regime of Saddam Hussein fell British and American forces would help to liberate Iraq and return the rule of Iraq to its people. The message contained Arabic subtitles and was broadcast in Iraq from a U.S. Air Force C-130.
