Step and strength goes vertical!! Today we will be turning that step sideways for intervals of Cardio step aerobics and Strength training. Using your step and dumbbells, you will get a full body cardio and weights workout in just 30 minutes!!

This 30 min step and strength workout is an express version of my other workouts that combine your weights and cardio in one workout!! Today we will be doing 90 second intervals of step aerobics and strength training moves with just dumbbells!
