Ingredients
3 cups of wheat for ashure
1.5 cups of unboiled dry beans (3 cups of boiled dry beans)
1.5 cups of unboiled chickpeas (3 cups of boiled chickpeas)
4.5 cups of sugar
250 gr dried apricots
250 gr raisins
50 gr currants
1 cup dried mulberries
10 figs
10 cloves
1 cup of water (to boil the cloves - 200 ml)
3.5 liters of hot water
1.5 liters of water (to pre-boil the wheat the day before)

For the topping;

Hazelnuts
Pistachios
Cinnamon
Sesame
Candy cherries

Preparation
First, wash 3 cups of wheat for ashure well and put them in a deep pot. Add 1.5 liters of water and cook until it boils.
After it starts to boil, turn off the stove and let it sit like this for 1 night.
After it has absorbed the water and swelled well, wash the wheat in plenty of water and transfer it to a pot.
Add 2 liters of water and let our wheat cook for 50 minutes. Before starting to chop the dried fruits, we wash them well and drain the water in order to remove dust and dirt.
Chop approximately 250 grams of dried apricots into small cubes. Chop 10 figs into small cubes as well. In the meantime, you can soften dried fruits such as apricots, figs, and grapes by soaking them in warm water for about half an hour.
Add 3 cups of boiled beans and 3 cups of boiled chickpeas to the well-swollen wheat and mix. Continue to cook like this for about 15 minutes.
On the other hand, put 10 cloves in a small sauce pan and add 1 cup of water.
Remove from the stove after boiling for about 2 minutes. After straining the grains, add the clove water to the aşure and mix.

Put raisins, dried figs, dried apricots, 1 cup of dried mulberries and 50 grams of currants into the pot and continue cooking for 5 minutes. The aşure will absorb the water as it boils. So don't forget to add hot water and stir occasionally.

Finally, add 4.5 cups of granulated sugar and cook for about 10 more minutes.

After turning off the stove, you can let the aşure rest for about 20 minutes and then divide it into bowls. Enjoy!
