How to make Spicy Beef Fry Kerala Style | Spicy & Tasty Beef Fry Recipe | Nadan Beef Varittiyath | Beef Porichathu
You must have tried many beef fry recipes, but do try this beef fry once and you may want to make this quite often !

Ingredients :
600 gms Beef (cut into medium size, cleaned & washed well)
Making of Coarse Masala :
4 nos. Dry Red Chillies (can take Kashmiri Red Chillies)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
2 inch size (6 gms) Ginger (roughly chopped)
8 nos. (14 gms) Garlic cloves
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
Other Ingredients :
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 sprig Curry Leaves
50 to 60 ml Water
½ tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Rice Flour
5 tbsp Coconut Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
½ cup (60 gms) Shallots (sliced)
3 to 4 nos. (8 gms) Garlic cloves (sliced)
3 nos. Dry Red Chillies (cut into half)
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
