In this second episode of the video "a day in the life of a depressed person", I dive a bit deeper in the topic. Truth being that I've been living with these feelings for a while, but there are starting to be unbearable. This video shows this moment when we realize it's no longer possible, that something is going on. It's like the only feeling that exists is anxiety. Ever since I recorded the video, I had some other interesting insights that I'll probably share on the channel.
