Hello Everyone, Welcome to my channel.
I'm Diva aka Fitness With Diva.
I am an experienced & licensed group fitness instructor with an extensive dance background. My workouts consist of Dance Fitness workouts, Low to medium-impact interval training, Indoor cycling, and Spinning.
I thoroughly enjoy making content that speaks to a variety of people and absolutely love the process.
The following video is about one of my main passions, indoor cycling.
