Homemade Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe (Fruit Ice Cream in a Food Processor)

We are making delicious Ice Cream with a fully ripened Pineapple. You can also make watermelon or peach ice cream using the same procedure.

How to make Pineapple Ice Cream

(3~4 people) Cook Time: 10 minutes
* Freezing pineapple is not included in cook time.

200g Frozen Pineapple (7 oz)
20g Sugar (0.7 oz)
50ml Whipping Cream (1.7 fl oz)
1 tsp Lemon Juice

* Preparation
Chill the work bowl of your food processor, and the dessert bowl thoroughly in the refrigerator before making the ice cream.

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
