Synopsis:
The maximum security prison in Bicutan, Taguig, Metro Manila was almost overrun by jail inmates to include over 100 Abu Sayaff terrorists. Quick thinking and action by PC-SAF prevented a peace and order nightmare had the jailbreak succeeded.
