iphone flash is disabled the iPhone needs to cool down before you can use flash

When we open the camera app on our iphone, front camera works perfactly but when we switch to the back camera the  goes screen black. in the top left corner it shows the following message, "Flash is Disabled The iPhone needs to cool down before you can use the flash". But the mobile phones feel temperature normal.
