Went for a simplex amulet
Went for a simplex amulet with quant and essence crit, hit it on the second essence.
Crafting steps below:
Step 1: get simplex amulet base (or make one from legacy ones as I did)
Step 2: make it shaper base (make it any influence then harvest swap to shaper)
Step 3: scour and apply quality (I used crit quality -Unstable catalyst)
Step 4: use essence (I used crit multi essence -Deafening essence of scorn)
Step 5: repeat Step 4 until quantity mod
Step 6: If the base is not clean you can lucky annul 1/3 or leave it as is. If brick go to Step 4
Step 7: If the base is clean (only the 2 good suffix mods) you could Prefixes cannot be changed craft and Veiled chaos
Step 8: Unveil. If brick go to Step 6.
Step 9: Celebrate success!
