Ingredients
Peanuts - 300 gm or 2cup
Jaggery -250gm or 11/4 cup
Salt-one pinch
Water -4tbsp

Method

Roast 2 cup of peanuts. Remove the skin and keep it aside. Use small peanuts for this recipe. Take a saucepan add 1 ¼ cup of jaggery now melt it on medium heat. Take a big tray and keep it greased or put a butter paper. Take a wok and add the jiggery syrup. On medium heat, add a pinch of salt and make the syrup consistency thick.when it bubbles up we can add the peanuts. And mix well. Remove it to the setting tray. Take a katori and even out the peanut mix on the tray. When the peanut candy is cooled completely we can cut it in your desired shapes.
