Gandhi Institute and the Agricultural Justice Project present helpful tips to defuse conflicts on the farm.

The AJP oversees the Food Justice Certification program, the gold standard for fair labor practices on US farms. We also provide workshops and resources to support farms to implement fair labor practices and to foster mutual respect and cooperation between owners and workers.

These videos are part of a collaborative project between Cornell Cooperative Extension, the Northeast Organic Farming Association NY chapter (NOFA-NY), and the Agricultural Justice Project (AJP) to help farmers with employment policies, integrating social justice values into employment practices, communication and conflict resolution, health and safety, and pricing products to cover fair wages and production costs.
