After Ingen filed for bankruptcy, the mainframe of their database was breached by hackers, leading to hundreds of classified videos leaked to the internet. These videos are all known as "Found Footage" videos. In this instance, a leaked copy of a safety training video about Jurassic Park's Herrerasaurus was leaked, as well as fragments of found footage from the later clean-up operation of late 1994 after the park went down. It seems all that's left of these files were being hidden on the same drive after being converted from VHS some time just before Ingen's bankruptcy. This was all that remained of either piece of footage, suggesting the original tapes were destroyed. The identity of the Ingen employee who was attacked in the video has never been revealed, implying the full, uncut bodycam footage of his death, as well as any evidence of his name, photographic identification, and employee records of his involvement in the company, have all been erased. Three decades later, this mystery has never been solved, and given that there was never a body found, the worker's true identity will likely remain a mystery forever.
