12921 Mumbai Central - Surat flying Ranee was a unique double decker non AC train on Western railways. The train is converted to new technology LHB coaches w.e.f. 16/07/2023, the old grandeur of 44 years being lost. With heavy heart, the Ranee departed from Mumbai Central on 15th July for last time with ICF coaches
