The TRUTH about my MENTAL HEALTH struggles

I have had mental health struggles over the years, and have found photography to be the catalyst to enabling me to find a place of peace, which has helped me process the mental trauma from difficult events in my life. The video speaks to that process and wonders how photography can be a force for good in our minds. It's really important to be honest about our mental health, and seek help when we have times of difficulties.
