TRX Upper Body, Core, and Cardio Workout | 50 Minutes | Suspension Training at Home

Grab a mat, something for
Grab a mat, something for hydration, and a suspension trainer for this 50-minute upper body, core, and cardio workout. We will be combining TRX exercises with bodyweight-only exercises for this strength and conditioning combo class. Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. Following each exercise we will have 15 seconds to recover. While you recover, I will demonstrate the upcoming exercise. (Longer breaks are given when we move onto a new block). Since the exercises are timed, find a pace and tempo that works for you! We do not have to go at the same speed or hit the same amount of reps. Quality over quantity. There is a big emphasis on strengthening the upper body and core throughout this workout. During some of the cardio exercises, the lower body gets a little love too. Let me know how it goes in the comments below (this one kicked my butt btw, and sorry my mic sucks… I know. Its my back-up mic. My other one kicked the bucket.)
