Ingredients
・300ml Hot water
・10g Instant coffee
・10g Gelatiin
・20g Sweetener (Adjust on your preference)
・300ml Water
・100ml Almond milk
・100ml Heavy cream
・1/2 tsp Sweetener

・Whipped cream
・Mint leaves
・Cocoa powder

0:08 1.Add hot water to instant coffee to dissolve coffee.
0:37 2.Add gelatin to 1 and mix well to dissolve.
1:10 3.Add sweetener and water to 2 and mix well. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
2:42 4.Mix almond milk, heavy cream and sweetener well.
3:35 5.Add 3 into a glass and pour 4 into it.  Decorate with whipped cream, mint leaves and cocoa powder!
