Dragon age Inquisition secret on Storm Coast

This let's u access a secret area on storm coast. There is a lamp... using this you can drop behind a locked door I believe. Also if u stay on the mountain and drop down you can walk under the ocean WHOLE MAP (not in video). Help me explore this I need a pro.
