Burger Pizza Recipe | बर्गर पिज़्ज़ा | Domino’s Style Pizza Burger Recipe | Cheeseburger Pizza
Enjoy this cheesy Burger Pizza at home, just like the one you have at Domino’s. Our recipe of Domino’s Style Burger Pizza is loaded with veggies, spicy paneer and lots & lots of Cheese. Please find the recipe below:-
Total Servings: 2 Burger Pizza
Ingredients:
For Marinate:
• Paneer Cubes (Cottage Cheese) – 8 pieces
• Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tsp
• Oregano - 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper powder – A pinch
• Salt to taste
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
• Butter / Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 1/4 tsp
For Stuffing:
• Pizza Sauce
• Eggless mayonnaise
• Mozzarella cheese or processed cheese
• Green Capsicum – cut in cubes
• Red Capsicum – cut in cubes
• Onions Capsicum – cut in cubes
• Oregano
• Black pepper powder
• Chili flakes
• Burger Buns – 2 (Cut in halves)
• Butter to roast
Recipe:
1. To marinate paneer add all ingredients to a bowl. Add in the paneer cubes, mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a pan and butter to it. Sprinkle some oregano and place burger bun cut in halves on it.
3. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Flip them over.
4. Apply pizza sauce on the bottom side and eggless mayonnaise on other bun half.
5. Please lots of cheese on both the bun halves. Sprinkle some oregano, black pepper and chili flakes on it.
6. Place the vegetables and marinated paneer to it and again put some cheese on top.
7. Now coven the pan with lid and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
8. After 5 minutes, put the top side bun onto another and press gently to stick.
9. Serve hot.
