Going Up acroyoga machine

Alex had seen a transition from Reverse Star to Bird on Hands and wanted to try it. I am focused on doing simple 2-pose machines, so I wanted to put that together with going directly from Bird on Hands to Reverse Star.

As in the video:
0. Bird on Hands
1. Reverse Star
2. Bird on Hands
repeat or finish.

It is a very challenging machine but we managed to do it and record it after a few tries in March, in the training session with @majo.inflow Marie-Ann (right after her birthday) when I recorded with Marie-Ann:

Thanks goes to @ekuncircosocialporto for the nice facilities and for @sebacirk for telling us about them. You can see @sebacirk doing handstand training in the background :)

Literally not one full week after I had recorded this machine, @raqroyoga Raquel had the same idea completely independently and suggested it to me. We managed to do it and Raquel flies it by back bending all the way from the Reverse Star to the Bird on Hands. We didn't record it together yet, but she recorded it in May with @theacroguru Cristo.

More recently and published a few days ago, @manas_acro_addict Manas presented Giulia's hamster wheel:

It shares the same challenging transition from Bird on Hands to Reverse Star and a very similar transition from Reverse Star to Throne on Hands and then Bird on Hands.

It is similar to the Baby Monkey Frog that I did some years ago after seeing it online:
