What’s the Bloodshot movie about?
After a successful mission in Mombasa, Marine Raymond "Ray" Garrison (Vin Diesel from the Fast & Furious saga) travels with his wife Gina (Talulah Riley) to Italy. They are kidnapped by mercenaries led by Martin Axe (Toby Kebbell from Dead Man's Shoes). Axe wants to know the source of the operation in Kenya. As Ray does not have the information, Martin Axe kills him and Gina. Ray is then "resurrected" by Rising Spirit Tech, a company specialized in cybernetics for American soldiers and based in Kuala Lumpur. Following the injection of nanites in his blood, Ray is then endowed with powers like regeneration and metamorphosis. He meets Dr. Emil Harting (Guy Pearce from The King's Speech and Mildred Pierce) and several of his patients, all ex-army. While his memory has been erased several times, Ray sees snippets of his past. He ends up discovering who he really is and decides to take revenge. He finds the trace of Martin Axe in Budapest.
