This week we are back with another of our popular back to basics sessions. We are once again looking at the vital social work skill of reflection but this time we consider reflective practice and complexity in social work. Siobhan and the team unpick some of the models used in reflection, discussing the benefits of using component models over process models and how you can develop your own methods of reflection that work for you.
