Welcome to my sewing channel!
This summer dress pattern will make you feel young, skinny and hide your muffin top…do I have your attention?
This sewing pattern is easy, great for beginners,
Pattern Description:
Loose fitting, summer dress (show the line drawings)
Fabrics to use:
I used a wrinkle crepe fabric purchased from SuperTextiles on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/supertextiles
Pattern Sizing:
XS- XL - I made size medium…thought about bust adjustment but was not an issue. I made view B and shorten it to a shirt as I didn’t have enough fabric. The bodice does not include darts.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, I think so.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I struggled with the v-neck.
What would you do differently?
Shorten the sleeves.
Alterations.
I made straps for the enclosure and shorten it to a shirt length.
