As US president Trump was
As US president Trump was in Germany for the G20 summit in the Free and Hanseatic City and city state of Hamburg, there were numerous cars from the United States Sectret Service on the streets as well. Here you can see his convoy being escorted by numerous police motorbikes and police cars from the Hamburg Police Department, heading northbound towards the Hamburg Airport. There are several lead cars from the olice which mark the beginning of the convoy (red flag for the 1st car, blue flag for the car right in front of the actual convoy). As one of the patrol cars approaches the intersection you can hear the police officer saying "please don't step onto the road, a convoy is following" over the PA system (the loudspeaker is mounted inside the lightbar).
The POTUS wasn't sitting in one of the Beasts, otherwide there woud be the flags on the hood. So they basicly simply escorted the vehicles from the USSS towards the airport
