Did you know that gratitude allows us to “rewire” & “reprogram” our mind?!
It’s true! Whenever we think & believe something positive it creates a chemical reaction creating those feelings. Same is true if we think & believe negative things…we create a stress response & we feel bad. What kind of things are you focusing on?
When we intentionally practice gratitude we are training our mind to a new default mode - gratitude, instead of defaulting to a stress response experiencing feelings of fear, worry, anxiety, ect.
