In this video i show the events that led to the death of Vernon Forrest. Vernon Forrest was a 2 division champion, with a big punch , but an even bigger heart. His heart was shown outside the ring,as he was role model for his community. He started a foundation called Destiny's Child, which helped mentally disabled people . Dead at 38, Vernon Forrest leaves behind a lasting legacy of community service and fist of fury.
