1/2 kg mutton
2 cup rice (1 cup=200 ml )
2 medium size onion fine chopped
1 handful coriander leaves
4-5 green chilies
1 tbsp heaped ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt (as per taste )
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 cup fresh yogurt
2 medium size tomatoes chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp shahi zeera seeds
10-12 black pepper corn
7-8 cloves
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
1 star anise
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon stick
1 mace
1/2 cup ghee
