Houses and fields lie submerged in Romania's southeastern Galati County, where four people have died in floods triggered by Storm Boris. The torrential rains and floods have brought widespread disruption across central and eastern Europe. Some 700 homes have been flooded in Slobozia Conachi village, according to officials.
