WaterBoss 900 Water Softener Error code E1 and HO Repair

My water softener was making a beeping sound and flashing the "E1" error code. I tried the reset as instructed and was then getting the "HO" error code. This video will show you what I did to fix the problem. Please watch the entire video before attempting this repair. You will need: Small 1/4" socket, small and medium phillips head screwdriver, fine sandpaper, 2000 grit sandpaper, medium viscosity plastic compatible oil, plenty of light and some patience.
