Fast Back Look. Fitting 2007-2017 JK Wranglers, The Bestop Trektop NX is a premium replacement soft top for those Jeeps with a worn out factory soft top or for those Jeeps that were never equipped with one. Using a frameless design, the Bestop Trektop NX follows the lines of the factory sport cage and extends a distinctive fast back look to the rear of the Wrangler. Incorporating what Bestop calls a “sun rider” feature, passengers are able to easily slide and fold back the front partition of the top to allow both front and rear seat occupants to enjoy open air cruising. All three windows (side and rear) easily unzip to transform the top into a Safari-style bikini top. Not content to stop there, the Trektop NX has a special tailgate bar that allows quick and easy access to the tailgate without needing to unzip the rear window.
Supreme Fit and Finish. Bestop manufactures and supplies all the factory soft tops for Jeep, therefore you know anything with the Bestop label is going to be good quality. The case is no different with the Trektop NX. The premium quality multi-layer sailcloth used is mildew resistant and maintains its shape in all temperatures, which is critical for consistent water tightness and low wind noise. Special UV-inhibitors are blended into the sailcloth to keep the black diamond finish pristine and fade free for a long time.
Smooth 1 Hour Install. Following the included instructions, you can have this fast back Trektop NX fitted snugly on your Wrangler in about an hour. No specialty tools are needed – in fact, the entire process is done using only Phillips head screwdriver and a 13 mm wrench. One trick that will make the install much easier is to allow the Trektop NX to warm up. When warm, the fabric is much easier to stretch and fit into place.
