Canapes Montaditos y Tostas Variadas originales y faciles

In this video I give you some ideas to make canapes, montaditos and varied toasts, original and easy. In this canapé tray there are 5 varieties, all of them very rich and very easy. With just a loaf of bread we have prepared these 30 Canapés. Here I also leave you all the ingredients of this tray of Varied Canapés:

INGREDIENTS FOR 30 CANAPES

1 EXTRA LONG BAGUETTE

Surimi canapes:

6 CRAB STICKS

6 SLICES OF SMOKED BACON

5-6 walnuts

5-6 DRIED CRANBERRIES

1 tablespoon of cream cheese and mayonnaise

Prawn Canapes:

6 COOKED PRAWNS

1 PINEAPPLE SLICE

FRESH CHIVES

2-3 SLICES OF COOKED EGG WHITE

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Asparagus Canapés:

6 ASPARAGUS SHOTS

3 SLICES OF SERRANO HAM

HARD-BOILED EGG

MAYONNAISE

Goat Cheese Canapés:

6 GOAT CHEESE ROUND DISCS

STRAWBERRY JAM

MIX OF SEEDS (SESAME, SUNFLOWER, FLAX ETC)

CHEESE SPREAD

Pepper Canapes with Cod:

3 PIQUILLO PEPPERS (CARE)

100 GR MIGAS OF DESALTED COD

HARD-BOILED EGG

3 BLACK OLIVES WITHOUT BONE

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
