I love a good Caesar
I love a good Caesar Salad but the dressing has to be right! And since moving back to the UK, I haven't been able to find a dressing good enough! So, I thought I'd make it myself!!
Although this may not be authentic, it is delicious and very easy to make! It actually tastes a lot like a Classic Caesar Salad using the Wishbone Creamy Cesar Salad Dressing available in the USA! Plus, I have all the ingredients in my kitchen already, so it's a no-brainer!
BTW, I don't like anchovies, but if you do, don't be afraid to add them! ENJOY!!

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Large OR 2 Small Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 TBSPN Worcestershire Sauce (Lee & Perrin's)
2 TBSP Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (ONLY use Fresh)
1/4 tsp Salt
Some Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Anchovy Paste (optional)
