This is my first food challenge for YouTube! I am so excited to share it with you. We are cooking every day from what I have in the kitchen for a week! No shopping allowed. The reason I made this video is because I want to get better with using up all the food I have in my kitchen and not waste anything and not mindlessly going grocery shopping and stacking up the fridge before I see what I actually have and can make out if it. I love challenges like this to save money and stop wasting food (and money). I made sure the recipes are easy and mostly healthy with simple ingredients and instructions.
