AIR FRIED WINGS ON MY BREVILLE SMART OVEN AIR

WHAT YOU NEED:3 lbs of
WHAT YOU NEED:
3 lbs of Chicken Wings
Pressure cooker
Air fryer
Lemon Pepper seasoning of your choice
4 Tbsp of butter
1 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic
1 1/4 cup of water
BBQ Sauce of your choice
Butter or Oils spray
Aluminum foil
Baking sheet pan
Air mesh basket
Measuring cup
Tongs
Trinket
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place water and trinket in pressure cooker followed by placing all the thaw wings. Seal your pressure cooker and press poultry function (15 min on medium).
2. Melt butter and garlic in microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Once pressure cooker is done, Quick Release and place wings in Bowl to mix with melted butter, garlic and lemon seasoning.
4. Place bowl covered in the refrigerator for 15 minutes at least.
5. Prepare mesh basket and spray it with butter or choice of oil followed by placing all the wings on mesh basket.
6. Line a baking sheet with foil and set under basket to avoid messing dripping.
7. Start oven on air frying mode at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, once it beeps flip wings and set again on same temperature in super convection for another 8 minutes.
8. Once finished remove wings and toss them in your favorite Sauce and don't forget to serve them with carrots, celery and dressing you love!
Your going to love this recipe, wings end up being juicy without loosing taste!!!
