Chasing a Plate is in Montevideo, Uruguay!
We're so excited to have been invited by some friends to join in their traditional Sunday asado lunch. We head to the butcher and purchase steak, ribs, chorizo, morcilla and intestines for the feast! We set up the asado, prepare the meat and cook it on the asado. What an experience!!! We can't believe we've learnt how to cook Uruguayan bbq! Uruguayan asado which you cook yourself tastes incredible! If you ever get the chance to learn how to cook asado- do it!
