[60FPS] How To: Increase and Boost FPS In Mortal Kombat X!

In this tutorial, I'm going to be teaching you how you can increase your fps  on a bad graphics card in Mortal Kombat X. My graphics card is the AMD Radeon HD 7700, which is a pretty bad card, and after doing these steps I managed to get a solid 57 fps, so it definitely works.
