You'll be amply impressed about that for vocabulary for country boy and all these houses, just one after another. Are cool. And then you're on this dirt road, which I'll put down. I won't put down the name of it because the people want to be kept private. And you know what? If you buy this, you're going to want to be private, too. So there's one neighbor there that's the closest neighbor. They've got a really cool house. And this is all your property right here. This hold me to it. Maybe it starts right here. But you get the idea. I just want to show you this stuff. This is heaven on earth. May peace prevail on earth? Is there road sign? I like that. I also like to live nowhere. And this, my dear friends, is on the edge of nowhere here, real close to the Daniel Boone National Forest. You got a thing there for the grandkids or the kiddos, whatever you got, or friends and brother and brothers in law and their kids. You got room for everybody here because you got five bedrooms in the house. I call this the studio. This is all workshop under here. And its just workshop. You know, it's like it looks like my barn. It looks like your garage, probably, you know, but upstairs is a full on apartment.

But of course, when you come here, you can walk down there and hang out with Ken and do all that stuff. But would this be interesting enough for you to change your whole lifestyle? Or maybe this is ready your lifestyle. No, it's not, because if this was your lifestyle, you wouldn't move. I promise. But 20, 30 acres and I say that because we don't really know what it is. It's like one places, those twenty-one places as 30. Close enough. All right. We're friends. You have the pond. You've got the studio, which is like really like a full on house. We take you down there. You can have animals here or you could just make furniture. Make pottery. Retire.
