Green:  Electric Piano - Right Hand
Blue:  Electric Piano - Left Hand
Purple E-flat:  Clap hands
Pink B:  Bass drum
(Purple/pink aren't actually played as shown, Synthesia and some other music programs show percussion notes on a keyboard b/c MIDI)

Also, MuseScore was used to change the score to MIDI, HandBrake was used to convert Synthesia VC's WEBM video to MP4 video and Final Cut Pro was used to mix the audio and visuals.
