How to start page numbering at 1 on Page 3

When we are working with a long or complex document, we would want page numbering to start at 1 from page 3.  This is because the first and second page would often be the cover page, TOC, or Executive summary - with the actual content starting from the third page onwards.  Let's learn how this can be done with a simple section break.  Let's go!!!
