Monocytes migrate in the tissue they become into  macrophage and dendritic cells. They are Phagocytic cells and engulf the bacteria and dead cell.
Macrophage and dendritic cell are antigen presenting cell,  they present antigen on the #MHCll  and activate other immune system.
