82nd Airborne 3 Brigade Combat Team returns from Afghanistan on 2-27-2020

This "Welcome Home Ceremony" covers the first group of soldiers of the 82nd Airborne 3BCT returning from Afghanistan, on 2-27-2020 after nine months.  They brought home a peace treaty after 19 years of USA involvement in Afghanistan. The flight which brought them home was known as "Torch" because it led the way for over 5,000 returning soldiers,  This group was about 100 soldiers so roughly 50 flights over as many days were required to bring home all the troops.  Midway thru those flights the pandemic lock down began, so this was one of the last large unrestricted welcome events for the US military.
