1. Set Clear Goals: They wanted to make $18,000 next month. We wrote that down and started calculating backwards from their conversion rates.
2. Know Your Numbers:
• Average commission: $2,000 per sale
• Needed sales: 9
• Prospects needed: 27 (3 prospects per sale)
• Leads required: 54 (2 leads per prospect)
• Door knocks: 810 (15 doors per lead)
3. Break It Down: It only took about 35 hours to knock on 810 doors. Once they saw this, their attitude completely changed!
