Bake your own healthy oatmeal cookies, without sugar, without eggs and without flour.
This recipe is vegan and the light lemon flavor of these cookies leaves a pleasant freshness.

Ingredients:
100 gr. Rolled oats (zahrt)
1 tbsp. psyllium husks
40 gr. dates without stone
40 gr. dried apricots
30 gr. raisins
30 gr. sunflower seeds
1 lemon (organic)
2 tbsp. olive oil

The cookies are great with breakfast coffee or even as a healthy snack in the afternoon.

Since no extra sugar is added, the oat cookies are not as sweet as industrially produced oat cookies, which often contain 40% to 50% sugar.
