#mushroommanchurian #mushroomsnacks #manchurian Official website:  https://www.yumrecipe.in/ Like us on Facebook  https://www.facebook.com/punjabkesariyum/ Follow us on Instagram  https://www.instagram.com/yum.recipe/ Mushroom Manchurian Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTS All purpose flour - 200 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon Water - 350 milliliters Mushrooms - 270 grams Oil - for frying Oil - 30 milliliters Garlic - 1 tablespoon Ginger - 1 tablespoon Onions - 90 grams Bell pepper - 180 grams Green chili - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Ketchup - 70 grams Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon Vinegar - 2 teaspoons Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon Water - 300 milliliters Corn flour - 1 tablespoon Water - 30 milliliters Coriander - 1 tablespoon Spring onions - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon soys sauce, 350 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter. 2. Add a mushroom in it and coat it properly. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy. 4. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside. 5. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well. 6. Then, add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color. 7. Now, add 180 grams bell pepper and mix it well. 8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 9. Add 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well. 10. Add 70 grams ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce and mix it well. 11. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 12. Then, add 300 milliliters water and mix it well. 13. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 30 milliliters water and mix it well. 14. Pour the mixture into the skillet and mix it well. 15. Bring it to a boil. 16. Now, add the fried mushrooms in it and mix it well. 17. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 18. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well. 19. Remove it from heat. 20. Garnish with spring onions. 21. Serve hot.
