In this video, I’m going to show you how making a cheese and potato stuffed flatbread at home like a pro.
Take your lunch game to the next level with this gourmet potato stuffed flatbread recipe! It's a delicious and impressive option that's perfect for both weekdays and weekends!!

4~6 Servings

▶️Ingredients:
Ingredients for the dough:
- 350 grams of bread flour
- 50 grams of rye flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 6 grams of active yeast
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 20 ml of olive oil    
Ingredients for the filling:
- 100 3 half-cooked potatoes
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper
- 30 grams chopped green onions  
- 60 grams of cottage cheese
- 50 grams if mozzarella cheese  
Ingredients for the topper:
- 3 cubes of Cold Butter
- Some chopped green onions
▶️Equipment:
- Suitable bowls
- Rolling pin
- Silicone Spatula


▶️ Instruction:
- First, Mix Bread flour with rye flour and put into a suitable bowl
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix them gradually
- Knead well for at least 5 minutes
- leave it aside for 1 hour
- Punch the dough to get the air inside
- Divide into 3 pieces
- Let it rest for 20 minutes
- Add the filling ingredients one after another and mix them thoroughly
- Make 3 potato balls
- Spread out the dough and flatten it
- Put a potato ball on it and roll it
- Then, roll out with a rolling pin
- Cook the dough on the very low burner for about 7 minutes for each side
- Turn it for cooking other side
- When it is cooked, put it on a grid and apply butter
