How to Recover Gold from electronic components

Nitric acid was used for the extraction of gold.
Place radio components in a glass jar, fill it  with nitric acid and heated.
But directly heating isn't suggested. Take the bowl with water and put on at stove.
Put jar with radio components in the bowl.
For melting the gold was used gas lighter with burning temperature 1300°C
0.5g gold was obtained from this batch.
