It is very common to get cramps in the feet during pregnancy. About 50% percent of mothers get these cramps in the third trimester and due to cramps, there is a lot of pain in the legs. So let's know why this happens?

Leg pain during pregnancy
During pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, weight increases and its pressure comes on the feet. Secondly, the bled flow towards the feet also changes during this time and the reason for this is also weight. Thirdly, when the baby's head goes down and starts descending in the pelvis, there is a vein in the pelvis, there is pressure on the baby's head and all this causes cramp during pregnancy.

How to avoid leg pain and cramps during pregnancy

When we consume a good amount of water or fluids, then the chances of getting this end are less.
Mother has to do exercises of calf muscles also.
When there are cramps in the feet, then if someone is with us, then they should be asked to massage the calf muscles. To speak with hot water or hot bag. Sometimes ice bags can also be used.
- The mother should consume bananas, kiwis or melons as these fruits contain minerals: calcium, magnesium and potassium to limit andorn.
When you get these leg cramps again and again, then you have to take a bath by adding rock salt in hot water.
The total amount of magnesium in the diet or medicines we take should be 300 mg per day.
Drinking water of pickle cucumber also reduces swelling in the feet.
