Our Research Means Impact - University of Bedfordshire

The University of Bedfordshire strives to translate our research into impactful results that help to solve both global and local challenges, and influence policy and strategy. Our ten specialist Research Institutes impact UK and European agendas across health, energy and technology and social policy, and our research subjects range from organ donation to cyberstalking, to COVID19, to smart city development, to Parkinson's disease and much more.


The ‘Our Research Means Impact’ video showcases the impact aspect of our research and knowledge exchange. It clearly demonstrates the positive effects of our research on the economic and social well-being of our external environment (businesses and individuals). Our knowledge helps develop novel approaches that solve real-world problems, as well as addresses the grand challenges of the UK National Industrial Strategy and related government priorities.
