Dice 600g potatoes
Pour water, salt 1 tsp and cook for 10 minutes

Mix 3 eggs, 0.5 teaspoons each of black pepper, red pepper, oregano, salt and 2 tablespoons of milk

Chop 1 cucumber
Chop 5 radishes
Chop 1 tomato and 1 spring onion
Season the pepper and salt to taste, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream
Sprinkle with herbs as desired
